Application

To apply for your Parking Permit, please fill out the fields below. Once completed, you will be added to the parking wait list. We will then assign parking spots and one of our representatives will reach out to collect payment.

Please note that parking is assigned on a first come first serve basis with priority to residents.

  • Enter your plate number without spaces. You can input up to 10 characters (A-Z,0-9,-).
    • I understand that the license to park (PERMIT) issued to me is a privilege and not a right.
    • Parking Permits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you wish to change vehicles during your permit term, please contact the leasing office as soon as possible so we can update our records.
    • Vehicles should not be parked on the lawn, driveway or throughway, or in front of any dumpster.
    • Vehicles must be in operable condition and have a current registration and inspection. If your vehicle does not move for seven (7) days, it may be towed out of the lot at owner’s expense.
    • Guest parking is available with reservation through the Torrington Properties, Inc. leasing office at a nominal fee and per availability.
    • It is the responsibility of the permit holder to move their car for snow removal. Torrington Properties, Inc. is not responsible for notifying individuals of snow removal or other alternative parking. Please call the office at 603-868-5400 if you have questions. If you do not move your vehicle it will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
    • This permit is only for the applicant and vehicle listed above.
    • Your permit must be visible at all times; otherwise your car is subject to be towed at the owner’s expense. If you are having any issues with displaying the permit, please contact our office.

    FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN YOUR VEHICLE BEING TOWED WITH NO PRIOR NOTIFICATION. TORRINGTON PROPERTIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCURRED TOWING FEES.
